Welcome to Nebula Core!
Nebula Core is a privately owned an operated "cloud services" provider built and maintained by Victor Rossi, a hobbyist designer, photographer, and tech enthusiast. Nebula Core is the central component in a growing network of machines and services, and aims to reduce Nebula users' reliance on major cloud platform providers like Google or Amazon.
If you've got a Nebula account (formerly Catserver account), log in with your credentials in the upper right. Having an account allows you to access the full array of features and services offered by Nebula Core, and allows you to provide some feedback, if you see fit. It's pretty neato.
If you need an account, send me an email and I'll set you up. Due to limited resources, accounts are only provided to friends and family at this time.

...I'm still alive!
nBut what even is this place anymore? Over 20 years ago, in 2003, I started messing with some of the sample web pages included with Mac OS 9's built-in web server. Eventually that turned into Catserver, which eventually turned into Nebula 9, and finally into Nebula Core.
At one time, building this site was a hobby that occupied a fair amount of my free time. The current version of Nebula Core was born of the aspiration to become a self-taught coder, and break into that industry after a decade of working in A/V. I was really proud of what I built here, and there are still so many features under to hood that you all never got to enjoy. But when I moved on from that dream and settled into my current career, my interests shifted more towards automation, integration, and networking. Nebula Core was less core, and more "yep, the web page is still being served. Everything's good!"
Because of all that, I've ceas...

Check out our new public Discord (link on the sidebar) and chat about tech, games, NebulaCore, or just share memes. Members also have access to a couple special channels that can automate downloads and, eventually, more!
In other news, the site has been updated to PHP 8 for faster performance, and finally lives on a Linux server instead of my legacy XAMPP stack under Windows Server that I've been copy-pasting between machines for nearly a decade Everything seems to work, but let me know (via Discord!) if you find any bugs. 2020-06-08: I finally did it! Every time I post on here I feel like I have to apologize to the ether for the months that have gone by. Despite being stuck inside for the most of the year, I haven't found the time (or, more accurately, motivation) to tackle any of the numerous upgrades this site's in desperate need of. Instead, I've mostly been playing around with my growing collection of Ubiquiti mFI sensors, exploring replication and high-availability VMs with Proxmox, and staying up until 3am growing stupid-sore playing Beat Saber.
Writing? Nah.
Coding? Nah.
Art? Nah.
Fixing the gaping security holes on this site...? Well, sorta. I've finally written the plugin for Nebula CMS that will allow authentication against my Active Directory domain controller. Honestly, I'm pretty stoked about it. My native authorization was weak at best, and having separate credentials for nebulacore.net and the various other AD-connected services (FTP, NextCl...
